Julia Malcher
The founder
Julia always wanted to work in her parents' family business. Unfortunately, they didn't have one. So she simply started her own: in 2009, she launched a one-woman agency that soon began to grow, with family members and friends gradually joining her—precisely those she knew best. Thus, from familiar strengths, weaknesses, and a great deal of passion for photography and video, a new team emerged that worked together perfectly and supported each other.
Besides photography, Julia also takes on the role of business manager on the side.
Stefan Malcher
The all-rounder
Stefan is Julia's twin brother – and has been by her side for as long as he can remember. Besides being a twin, he's also always been Julia's best friend. Ideal conditions for launching a professional partnership. It was fortunate that Julia, as a photographer, also frequently received requests for videos and needed a videographer. Since 2017, he has been a valuable addition to PVM Production as both a videographer and photographer. And he does so with legendary patience and professional composure, even when things get hectic.
Sandra Malcher
The organizer
Sandra is Julia and Stefan's older sister. It was clear from an early age that she liked to keep things organized while the twin rascals unleashed their creativity. A trained tourism professional, she learned the ropes of organization from the ground up, working as a team leader in renowned hotels and as a team assistant at BMW.
Since 2018, she has been responsible for customer contact, project management and project allocation for photographers at PVM Production.
Timo Böttcher
The problem solver
Timo has been good friends with Julia for a long time. Since 2018, he has been a valuable asset to PVM Production, contributing his expertise in video and photography. His know-how isn't just a random choice; it comes from the world of filmmaking at Bavaria Film Studios. As a passionate musician, he also knows what it means to be dedicated to his team. That's why he's often available to his colleagues long after work hours, helping them with technical issues.
Sara Malcher
The photography enthusiast
Sara is married to Stefan and, in more ways than one, the newest member of the team. After graduating from art school, she discovered her love of photography. At PVM Production, she initially took on photo editing duties. However, her desire to take photos herself was simply too strong: she became the team's photographer and continues to develop her passion every day. Besides capturing the perfect image, she also loves all kinds of animals, whether large or very small.
Bianca Hohl
The companion
Bianca was Julia's best classmate during their training as a photo and media technology assistant. Inseparable since day one, the two photographers also pursue their careers together. Bianca's specialties at PVM Production are industrial and product photography. But she also loves photographing people: In her own business, she captures life's most beautiful moments as a wedding and baby photographer. In her private life, she is also a proud dog mom.
Kevin Neu
The tech geek
Kevin was Stefan's professional partner and friend long ago. As a photographer and videographer, father, and husband, he has a lot on his plate every day. But while others wind down the evening with a movie, he's watching YouTube tutorials and already ordering the next camera, even before it's officially released. Kevin is communicative, open-hearted, and always on the go. He has a driver's license not only for driving a car but also for filming spectacular shots with his drone.
Vincent Biel
The sympathetic one
You see him – you like him. That's how Kevin felt when he met Vincent at a trade fair. It wasn't long before Vincent, fresh out of university, became a welcome member of the PVM team. Vincent is the youngest in the group. and lives in the beautiful university city of Leipzig. This makes him the go-to person for eastern and northern Germany, but he also enjoys traveling throughout the rest of Germany for our clients.
His humor and charm make him a truly likeable person.
Josefine Malcher
The financial strategist
Josefine is the mother of Julia, Stefan, and Sandra. When it comes to teamwork, she has by far the most experience of everyone. She keeps things organized in the back office and, together with Julia, makes plans for the future of PVM Production. They structure processes and exchange ideas for upcoming projects.
Josefine also takes care of the company's finances.
