Trade fair recap in record time for SIKORA AG at K 2025
The K Trade Fair in Düsseldorf It's a marathon – seven days, hundreds of conversations, thousands of impressions. But when the halls close, the sprint begins for marketing: now it's all about the post-event coverage. Fast, high-quality impressions are crucial to making the success tangible.
For the SIKORA AG, world market leader in measurement and control technology, we were able to complete this sprint and show what modern Trade fair photos and -videos arrives.
The assignment: „Capture the Vibe“ – in 120 minutes
While we spend days on-site for other projects, the requirement here was ambitious: a time window of only 2 hours at the exhibition stand in Hall 10. The challenge was to gather enough material for worldwide communication in this short time.
The target package was clearly defined:
- A comprehensive series of Trade fair photos, documenting the events at the booth and the team interaction.
- A dynamic, 30-second Trade fair film for social media and the website.
The implementation: Efficiency meets quality
With such a tight timeframe, every shot had to be perfect. There was no time for elaborate lighting setups or lengthy directorial instructions. Instead, we switched to reportage mode ("run and gun"). The goal was to take trade fair photos that didn't look posed, but rather captured the moment.
What we focused on:
- The campaign: SIKORA entered under the motto „"Human vs. Machine"“ We filmed visitors placing granule samples against the inspection system. PURITY CONCEPT V tested – visually perfect, combining emotion and technology.
- The atmosphere: Instead of empty machine shots, we deliberately captured the full house, the narrow aisles and the intensive technical discussions to show the relevance of the booth.
- The video concept: The 30-second video is designed as a "mood booster." Upbeat music, fast cuts, and no lengthy explanations. The result is a clip perfectly optimized for quick consumption in the LinkedIn feed.
The result: Content ready for immediate use
Despite the tight timeframe, we were able to deliver a comprehensive media package. SIKORA was able to use these assets immediately after the trade fair to thank visitors and give those who couldn't attend a glimpse into the event.
This project proves that even a short, targeted effort can achieve results that sustainably strengthen a professional public image.
